THE HOPE New Artist Lineup and Performance Dates Dropped!

From up-and-coming fire starters to legendary icons, “THE HOPE” is where hip-hop’s finest across generations converge and set the stage on fire.
Last year, the special outdoor stage in Odaiba drew a crowd of 30,000, breaking records and solidifying a historic moment in Japanese hip-hop. Now in its third year, THE HOPE is back at Tokyo Odaiba on September 21st (Sat) and 22nd (Sun) for its first-ever two-day event. After dropping the first wave of artists and DJs, we’re now unveiling the second wave and the schedule. We’ve got 56 live artists and 29 DJs ready to turn up.

With the event expanding to two days, the number of performing artists and DJs has significantly increased. Here’s the second wave of artists announced:
DAY1:
Elle Teresa, XANSEI with FRIENDS, Bene Baby, Choppa Capone, JAKEN, 18stop
DAY2:
Awich, Charlu, LEX, MonyHorse, Shuto
On DAY1, alongside Yuki Chiba, BIM, IO, Jin Dogg, ralph, Watson, Young Coco, and Benisakura, pop icon Elle Teresa returns after two years. XANSEI with FRIENDS, known for their guest appearances, and fresh next-gen rappers like Bene Baby, Choppa Capone, JAKEN, and 18stop will take the stage.
On DAY2, in addition to AI, AK-69, JP THE WAVY, LANA, OZworld, SEEDA, and ¥ellow Bucks, the queen of Japanese hip-hop Awich, who shook the stage with a surprise performance last year, returns after two years. Fellow YENTOWN member and Tokyo hip-hop scene representative MonyHorse, rising star LEX, rap sensation Charlu, and Okinawa-based Shuto will make their debut.
The promotional images still tease “+ MORE RAPPERS AND DJS TO BE ANNOUNCED”, hinting at even more fire to come.
With performances that feel like listening to a mix tape, THE HOPE’s stage promises lit live shows from 56 artists and top-tier sets from the best DJs.
